Table: An overview of Cryptomus
So, as you can see, it seems legit. However, this overview was just the tip of the iceberg of my Cryptomus review. To truly understand how the exchange works, we need to go deeper.
Who’s Cryptomus For?
Cryptomus is more than just your usual crypto exchange. With a single account you can access a variety of services both for individual traders and businesses. This is evident if you take a look at the platform’s slogan:
One Account, Endless Possibilities
Cryptomus is essentially designed to simplify crypto management and help users maximize their earning and trading potential. That is made possible by staking opportunities, low fees, and other features, which I’ll discuss in more detail later in this Cryptomus review.
Before we jump into that, though, let’s make sure you fit into the target user base of Cryptomus:
- Beginners and intermediate traders. The exchange is great for those who are just starting or already have some experience, as it offers all the core features, like spot trading, crypto purchasing with fiat, and so on, wrapped in a user-friendly interface.
- Active traders. Cryptomus is a high-performance crypto exchange that offers high liquidity, fast transactions, and a tiered fee structure that is especially beneficial for active traders.
- Merchants and businesses. The platform offers white-label services, the Cryptomus payment gateway, and other useful features for those who want to integrate crypto into their businesses or create a crypto exchange of their own.
- Users seeking earning opportunities. If you’re looking for a crypto exchange that is not only about trading but also about other ways to earn, Cryptomus offers staking opportunities, the Awards Center, and more.
As you can see, Cryptomus takes a pretty broad approach. That said, let’s take a look at the key reasons users choose this platform.

Did you know?
All Crypto Exchanges may look similar to you but they're NOT all the same!
Advantages
The main praise-worthy aspects I’ve noticed trying out the platform myself (and going through other user Cryptomus reviews) are the following:
- A variety of crypto services
- Comprehensive solutions for businesses
- High liquidity
- Low trading fees
- High-level security
- User-friendly design
First and foremost, Cryptomus offers several types of services. Apart from the usual spot trading and quick crypto purchasing, it also offers staking, a P2P exchange, a secure Cryptomus Wallet, and various tools for businesses.
Speaking of which, it provides businesses and merchants with a crypto payment gateway that can be seamlessly integrated via APIs, SDKs, or plugins. Plus, Cryptomus offers a white-label solution, automatic conversions, and mass payout options, among other things.
Another advantage of the exchange is its high liquidity. With over 350K active traders, Cryptomus offers plenty of liquidity, so your trades are executed fast and at competitive prices.
When it comes to prices, Cryptomus fees are pretty low, ranging from 0.1% to 0.04%. You’ll find a more thorough explanation later in the “Fees and Limits” chapter.
If you’re an active trader, you can reduce your fees by increasing your trading volume.
I know this is probably something you already know, but security is one of the most important aspects of crypto exchanges. That said, Cryptomus safeguards your funds by complying with AML & KYC requirements as well as implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) into user accounts, among other things.
In addition to all that, the exchange is very easy to use. Even though many often refer to user-friendly design as a feature great for beginners, I think it’s as important for advanced users. Why complicate your life when you don’t have to?
Limitations
Now, it’s evident that no platform is perfect for everyone. So, here are a few drawbacks of Cryptomus:
- Limited crypto variety
- No futures trading
As of writing, Cryptomus supports 18 cryptocurrencies. Compared to the leading crypto exchanges that offer hundreds or even thousands of assets, it is a pretty big limitation. However, this exchange offers all the main highly liquid assets like BTC, ETH, SOL, or even the HMSTR token. Plus, the list will grow as time passes.
Cryptomus supports such networks as Arbitrum One, BSC (BEP-20), Avalanche C-Chain, Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), Polygon (ERC-20), Solana, TON, and Tron (TRC-20).
Another limitation, sometimes noted in more advanced user Cryptomus reviews, is that the platform currently focuses on spot trading. So, if you’re looking for futures or margin trading, you won’t find it here. Again, though, Cryptomus plans to expand its trading options in the future.

Trading Tools
Following what I’ve talked about in the previous chapter, the main trading feature of Cryptomus is spot trading. As of writing, it allows you to choose from 14 trading pairs, all paired with a certain crypto asset and USDT (e.g., BTC/USDT). Also, you can go either with a market order or a limit order.
A market order means you buy or sell right away at the current price, while a limit order lets you set your own price and only goes through when the market hits it.
What I like most about spot trading on Cryptomus is that its user interface is very easy to navigate. So, even if you’re a complete beginner, there’s no doubt you’ll understand how to use it.
That said, what if you want to exchange, say, ETH for BTC? Well, then, you can use the Cryptomus Convert tool. It allows you to do just that: exchange any cryptocurrencies you have in your Cryptomus Wallet for one another. You can also choose from Market Convert and Limit Convert options.
Similarly to orders in spot trading, Market Convert instantly exchanges funds at the current rate, while Limit Convert lets you set a target price and automatically converts when that price is reached.
Though, its trading features don’t end here. If you don’t have any crypto whatsoever, you can easily buy it with fiat via the Cryptomus “Buy Crypto” tool. Just select the fiat currency you want to use, the crypto you want to buy, and your desired payment method.
The Cryptomus “Buy Crypto” tool is actually quite versatile compared to similar ones on other exchanges. You can use over 40 fiat currencies to buy crypto via a debit or credit card.
Users can buy crypto with a debit/credit card on Cryptomus only if the Mercuryo service is available in their country.
That said, this feature is not the only way you can buy (or sell) crypto on the platform. You can also use the Cryptomus P2P exchange, where you can trade crypto with other traders.
The main advantage of this is that you’ll only have to pay a 0.1% fee for buying it this way. Also, you'll find a variety of payment methods on the P2P exchange, including gift cards (depending on the seller’s or buyer’s preferences).
Staking and Referral Rewards
If trading is not the only thing that interests you, I have good news – Cryptomus has earning features, too.
For starters, you can stake crypto in your Cryptomus Wallet. By securely locking your crypto, you support the stability of the network in question and earn rewards.
You can choose your desired staking period (from 30 to 365 days), the staking amount (each asset has different limits) and even your preferred validator. Once your funds are locked, you'll earn passive income as the validator processes transactions and creates new blocks.
The rewards are distributed periodically. Plus, you have the freedom to unstake your funds at any time if you change your mind.
For TRX, rewards are distributed only after the staking term is completed. For all other assets, rewards are distributed every 72 hours.
In addition to staking, you can also earn on Cryptomus by referring your friends. The coolest thing is that you can earn from each activity they participate in. When someone signs up using your unique referral link and starts trading, you'll receive 30% of their payment fee, 50% of P2P fees, and 5% of their staking rewards.

Bonuses and Special Offers
Besides earning by staking or referring friends, Cryptomus also offers a few other ways to earn.
One of those ways is by completing tasks on the Awards Center. For doing that, you can earn the Cryptomus token (CRMS). What kind of tasks you’ll need to do? Well, they range from downloading the Cryptomus mobile app or passing KYC to using the platform’s features.
For each task, you can get from 0.05 CRMS to 3 CRMS. There’s a limited number of tasks, but there might be more in the future.
Moreover, you can earn cashback every time you make a payment on websites that use Cryptomus as their payment system:
- 0.4% for authorized users when paying through Pay with Cryptomus, available directly in the payment form.
- 0.1% for authorized users when using other payment methods available in the payment form.
While this is not exactly earning on Cryptomus, it's still a pretty nice deal.

Cryptomus for Businesses
Remember I told you at the beginning of my Cryptomus review that it is not only for personal use? It’s also like a one-stop shop for businesses and merchants who want to streamline their crypto payments. If you’re a representative of one, let me tell you – you can do that in various ways.
First off, you can integrate the Cryptomus Payment Gateway into your website using various methods. You can use an API, download an SDK with complete code examples, or simply install one of their ready-made plugins for e-commerce. Once you're set up, you can use the Business Wallet to manage your funds efficiently.
For a more personalized experience, Cryptomus also offers a white-label option, letting you customize the payment page with your own branding without extra commission fees.
Cryptomus payment gateway commission fees range from 0.4% to 2%.
Besides handling crypto, Cryptomus even lets you process fiat payments, thanks to a partnership with Mercuryo. This means your customers can pay with Visa or Mastercard, and the funds are automatically converted into cryptocurrency.
If you're concerned about market fluctuations, the Auto-convert feature automatically converts incoming payments into stablecoins, so you’re protected from volatility.[1]
For businesses needing advanced processing, Cryptomus also offers crypto processing features that let you build your own crypto exchange, gateway, or create unlimited static wallets for your users. Additionally, the mass payout feature enables you to send payments to multiple recipients in one go.
Overall, whether you’re an e-commerce site, retailer, or any business handling numerous transactions, Cryptomus provides a customizable solution to meet your crypto payment needs.

Fees and Limits
When it comes to Cryptomus fees, I can say that it really has quite competitive ones. First up, let’s take a look at fees for traders:
Type | Fees |
---|---|
Spot trading fees | Maker – 0.08% - 0.04%; taker – 0.1% - 0.07% |
Deposit/withdrawal | Free (only network's standard fee) |
P2P trading fees | Maker – 0%; taker – 0.1% |
Table: Cryptomus fees for traders
It’s worth noting that spot trading fees differ based on your account level. There are 5 levels in total, and you can increase it by increasing your trading volume. The higher the level, the lower your fees will be.
Besides, keep in mind that crypto transfers between your Personal, Business, and P2P Trade Wallets are free. Likewise, there are no extra commissions (apart from network fees) for sending crypto to other Cryptomus Wallets.
Now, here are the Cryptomus Payment Gateway fees:
Type | Fee |
---|---|
Merchant fee | 0.4% - 2% |
Withdrawals (automatic, API, convert) | 0% |
Mass payouts | 0% |
Table: Cryptomus fees for businesses
For new users, Cryptomus charges a 2% commission per transaction. However, there is a potential to reduce it to 0.4%. To do that, you’ll need to fill out a contact form, and a manager will get in touch to discuss your customized rate. This rate will depend on factors like your business type, monthly turnover, and integration method.

Security
The platform sounds great and all, but is Cryptomus safe? Well, here are its security measures:
- Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- PIN code protection for inactive accounts
- Automatic logout after 24 hours of inactivity
- Whitelist feature for approved withdrawal addresses
- Regular security audits by CertiK
- Mandatory KYC
To look at it all in more detail, Cryptomus has a built-in 2FA for user accounts, so you always have an extra layer of protection. Plus, if your account is inactive for 15 minutes, you'll need to enter your PIN code to get back in, and after 24 hours of inactivity, you'll be fully logged out.
There's also a useful whitelist feature that lets you set approved wallet addresses for withdrawals, minimizing the risk of mistakes or unauthorized transactions.
On top of that, Cryptomus undergoes regular security audits by CertiK to ensure that all systems are secure and up-to-date.[2] These audits help maintain a safe environment for all users and merchants, so you don’t have to wonder is Cryptomus legit.
Also, it employs strict KYC and AML protocols to prevent fraud, requiring users to pass Cryptomus KYC to use the exchange's features. To do that, you'll have to provide a document that verifies your identity (ID card, passport, residence permit or driver's license) and a selfie.
To sum up, looking at all its security measures, it seems that Cryptomus is legit and safe.
Customer Support
You’ll find quite a lot of positive users Cryptomus reviews when it comes to their customer support, and there are a few good reasons for that.
For one, it has multilingual customer support that is available 24/7 through multiple channels, ensuring you get help quickly.
Cryptomus customer support is available via email, support tickets, Telegram chat, and an interactive chatbot.
For merchants and businesses, there's also a dedicated support available from 9 am to 12 am UTC+3. The support team is known for its quick average response time of just 3 minutes.
Overall, Cryptomus' customer support is designed to make your experience smooth and hassle-free, no matter where you are or what you need.
User Experience
If I needed to summarize my user experience on Cryptomus in three words, it would be – simple, seamless and efficient.
To elaborate more on that, the Cryptomus platform design is refreshingly minimalist – there’s no clutter or overwhelming features, which makes it super easy to navigate, even if you're new to crypto. Everything is laid out clearly, so I never felt lost or overwhelmed by too many options.
Its main selling point, though, is that you only need one account to access everything. Whether you're handling your Personal Wallet, engaging in P2P trades, or managing business transactions, it’s all under one roof.
Overall, Cryptomus feels like a breath of fresh air compared to other platforms that cram in features you might never use. Its clean design, ease of use, and unified account system make it a great choice for anyone looking to get into cryptocurrency without the usual headaches.
Localization and Regional Adaptability
Overall, Cryptomus has over 350 thousand users in over 200 countries. However, if you’re interested in becoming one, you have to make sure you don’t reside in any of the restricted countries.
Cryptomus is NOT supported in the Bahamas, Cambodia, the Central African Republic, Congo, Ecuador, Iran, Japan, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Serbia, Sudan, Tunisia, Ukraine, the United States, Venezuela, Yemen, and over 20 other countries & regions (find the full list here).
When it comes to localization, Cryptomus is available in 17 languages, including English, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, and more. Thus, you can interact with the platform in your preferred language.
Also, as I’ve mentioned before, it provides multilingual support.
How to Use Cryptomus
Thinking about trying out the exchange? Great, it’s about time to get to the practical part of my Cryptomus review.
How to Create a Cryptomus Account
Let’s start with the basics – signing up:
It won't take much time, just go to "KYC Verification" on your account, upload a document that verifies your identity, a selfie, and wait for the confirmation.
How to Deposit on Cryptomus
Now that you have a confirmed account, you might want to deposit some crypto into it. It’s very quick and easy.
Just note that on Cryptomus, you'll have four Wallets: Personal, Business, P2P Trade, and Trading. You can deposit crypto from external addresses only into your Personal Wallet, but from there, you can effortlessly transfer funds between these four Wallets with no fees.
You can manage your Personal and Business Wallets via the Cryptomus mobile app (available on iOS and Android devices).
Right now, we’re talking about a crypto deposit, but you can deposit fiat the same way after passing KYC.
You can also use the QR code. Just make sure the networks of both wallets match.
If you don’t have any crypto yet, you can quickly purchase it with fiat using the Cryptomus “Buy Crypto” feature.
Sign up on Binance and claim up to $600 worth of rewards for completing simple tasks. Use Binance referral code (49316610) to activate the offer while it's still valid!
How to Withdraw From Cryptomus
If you decide to withdraw your profits, it's very easy, too. Basically the same as depositing.
Contrary to depositing, you can withdraw your assets from all four Cryptomus Wallets.
FYI, you have to first go to that wallet and generate the address for receiving that specific crypto asset. The process usually looks much like depositing crypto to Cryptomus.
That’s it! Your withdrawal should be processed in no time (of course, it will depend on the network you chose for that).
Conclusions: Is Cryptomus Right for You?
To dot all the i's and cross all the t's in this Cryptomus review, I’d say the exchange is suitable for a few types of users.
First, it’s a solid choice for beginner traders looking for an easy-to-use exchange. It’s good for trading the top assets on the spot market, using the quick crypto conversion tool, or earning via staking.
Businesses will also find it useful, thanks to its multiple solutions for integrating crypto payments. And you don’t even have to create several accounts – everything is accessible from a single one. Plus, Cryptomus stands out with low fees, high liquidity, and strong security.
However, advanced traders looking for a wide range of assets or more complex features like futures trading might find it a bit limiting.
The best way to see if it’s right for you? Try Cryptomus out yourself!
