What is Pseudorandom?
Let's find out Pseudorandom meaning, definition in crypto, what is Pseudorandom, and all other detailed facts.
Pseudorandom refers to the capacity of a specific function to produce a result that passes statistical randomness tests. In cryptography, pseudorandom generators (PRG) are utilized to generate random number sequences. PRGs enable the encryption of a large number of data blocks with data created from secret keys.
PRGs differ from true random number generators (TRNGs). TRNGs produce numbers using an unexpected physical mechanism, such as atmospheric noise. PRGs, on the other hand, employ mathematical algorithms, which are completely computer-generated.
