According to the company’s SEC filing, "Strategy intends to use the net proceeds from the ATM Program for general corporate purposes, including the acquisition of Bitcoin and for working capital". This suggests the raised capital will support BTC purchases and help sustain company operations.

Last year, Strategy’s BTC yield, which tracks the percentage change in holdings relative to diluted shares, reached 74%. In 2025, the company is aiming for a 15% BTC yield as it continues expanding its Bitcoin position.
