How Does VENOM Airdrop Work?
When it comes to crypto airdrops, there are almost as many approaches as there are individual campaigns. While many airdrops stick to the tried-and-true, cookie-cutter model of asking participants to follow the project’s social media accounts and engage with a few posts, others go much further than that.
Latest Deal Active Right Now:Head to BitDegree Missions, gather as many Bits as possible & claim your stake of the $30,000 Prize Pool! Don't waste your time & start collecting Bits by completing Missions and referring friends.
The good news is that learning how to get VENOM airdrop won’t leave you fumbling around in the dark. The developers have prepared a thorough and comprehensive checklist of requirements, complete with instructions for every task and additional rules and guidelines.
Score and Prizes
First things first: the VENOM token airdrop Season 4 has six stages in total. The first five have already concluded, and Stage 6 is currently underway, nearing its finish on April 15, 2025. Once it’s over, the claiming window will open up, lasting until October 2025.
VENOM airdrop has not one, but three potential prize pools:
- Main Leaderboard: 10 million VENOM;
- Social Tasks Leaderboard: 1 million VENOM;
- Additional Rewards: Testnet user rewards, NFTs, tokens, and digital goods from Venom's partners.
The process of how to get VENOM airdrop is pretty simple. You’ll have to earn XP points by completing various tasks. The amount of XP you’ve accumulated will determine your position on the leaderboard and, in turn, the size of your prize pool share.
The prizes are stored in Venom Cases. There are seven types, depending on the rarity: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Magical, and Fairytale.
Owners of the "Early Participant Mainnet NFT" will have a 1.5x multiplier applied to their XP score, and those who haven’t bought it but were eligible for it will earn an extra XP boost applied at the end of the season. However, if you'd traded or transferred your NFT, you will not be eligible for this reward.
VENOM token airdrop doesn’t allow participating with multiple accounts. Users who attempt this might be disqualified.
Tasks
Unlike many other alternatives, VENOM crypto airdrop offers a pretty versatile experience. It’s not all about liking social media posts: you can also participate in swapping, staking, or NFT trading, deposit into liquidity pools, and do other activities.
Before we get to the actual details of how to get VENOM airdrop, there’s one more thing you should know. Some of the tasks require inviting friends. If your actual friends are too busy to help out or simply not interested, you can buy “virtual friends” to participate in those tasks:
- 1 friend: 5 VENOM;
- 3 friends: 10 VENOM;
- 5 friends: 15 VENOM.
Now we can proceed! Here’s a quick overview of all the tasks available for this season:
Task | Description | Other Rules & Requirements | XP Points |
---|---|---|---|
Daily Challenge | Log in to the platform every day to keep the streak up | If you miss a day, your streak resets | Day 1: 10,000 XP; Day 2: 15,000 XP; Day 3: 20,000 XP; Day 4 and beyond: 25,000 XP |

Swap Venom-Dragonz | Swap Venom-Dragonz on Web3.World, a Venom-based DEX | ✗ | Rewards are based on daily swap volume and rounded down to the nearest whole number (e.g., $10.99 = 10 WVENOM = 70 XP) |

Follow DeGuard | Join the official DeGurd Telegram channel | 2 friends needed | 10,000 XP |
Table: VENOM airdrop tasks
Of course, some of those tasks will require you to buy crypto, so in that sense, this airdrop isn’t completely free – but the best part is that you’ll have a lot of freedom to decide how much time or funds you want to invest. As a cherry on top, completing the first five tasks will give you a bonus of 10,000 XP!
How to Get VENOM Airdrop: Step-by-Step Guide
Now that you know how the VENOM coin airdrop works, it’s time to get going! I’ve already explained what the rewards system looks like and what sort of tasks you’ll have to complete to be eligible. As I said, the team did a pretty good job laying everything out, so in this section, I’ll stick to just getting you on board.
There’s just one potential snag that might cause some confusion, so let me cover this right away. As of writing this, the VENOM token airdrop platform doesn’t seem to work on the browser. You’ll have to choose one of the two other ways to connect: the mobile Venom app or the official Telegram bot.
Let’s start with the mobile app first:
Now that the mobile Venom app is up and running, you’ll have to access the airdrop page on it. This process is a bit cumbersome, but here’s how it works:
If the in-app scan doesn’t work, use your regular phone camera instead.
Confirming your wallet will give you 45,000 XP!
This is it!
Next up, let me show you how to get VENOM airdrop on Telegram instead:
Here you go! Once you’re connected, you’ll just need to check the tasks on the airdrop page after completing them. You’ll see your total XP score on the right-side panel.
Key Considerations for Airdrop Hunting
This VENOM airdrop guide should see you through the whole process from start to finish. That said, when it comes to crypto airdrops in general, you can never be too careful! If you're still a newbie in this particular corner of the Web3 world, I’ve whipped up a handy checklist to help you get the most out of airdrops and stay safe out there:
- Research the Project. Not all airdrops are equally worthwhile. Try to look for crypto projects that demonstrate long-term value (ones that offer a viable solution to existing problem(s), for example) and have an organic and dedicated user base.
- Check Out the Tokenomics. To continue from my previous point, take a look at the token allocation. A large percentage distributed to the community (including airdrops) can be a sign of fair and decentralized distribution while also indicating a risk for airdrop farming. This can be prevented by a vesting schedule.
- Learn to Recognise Scams. Only sign up for airdrops through the official link, and don’t trust any airdrop that asks for an upfront payment or any sensitive information like your seed phrase, private key, or bank account details.
- Stay Tuned. Check the project’s official channels regularly so that you don’t miss any announcements about the current (or future) airdrop, or any other changes you should be aware of.
- Don’t Give Into FOMO. Have a strategy for your airdrop holdings instead of just going with the flow. The crypto market is volatile and unpredictable in the best of times, and this is especially true for recently airdropped tokens. Use reliable crypto price and community sentiment trackers to gauge the current market conditions.
- Store Your Tokens Safely. All airdrops from DeFi projects require a non-custodial third-party wallet anyway, but you can give your crypto funds a significant security boost by upgrading to a hardware wallet like Trezor or Ledger.
While there are never any guarantees where airdrops (or any other crypto-related activity) are concerned, this advice should be enough to keep you out of trouble! Keep this in mind not only during your journey of how to get VENOM token airdrop but your other forays into crypto trading, too.

Best Alternatives to VENOM Airdrop
The VENOM coin airdrop might sound enticing – but is it really the best airdrop on the market right now? There are always more fish in the pond, so to speak. Given that it’s ending soon, I recommend taking a look at a few of the more prominent alternatives whose window of opportunity is still wide-open.
BitDegree Airdrop Season 7
VENOM isn’t the only airdrop out there with an elaborate task and reward system. If you’re up for a more educational challenge than swapping, staking, or social media engagement, BitDegree might just be the best platform to quench that thirst! It’s a gamified Web3 learning platform where users can play and complete missions to learn about crypto and blockchain technology while earning rewards and prizes in return.
For the remainder of the month, you can channel your competitive spirit by competing for the $30,000 prize pool in BitDegree’s Airdrop Season 7. The score system is based on Bits (BitDegree’s in-game points). Completing each mission gives you between 250 and 400 Bits, and the amount of Bits you accrue determines your share of the airdrop prize pool (as well as giving you more chances to win a Lucky Draw).
There are only two criteria you’ll have to meet to qualify for the airdrop:
- Collect at least 10,000 Bits during the airdrop season (previously earned Bits don’t count);
- Have a Binance or Kraken Wallet for withdrawals.
And if you want to introduce some variety to the grind, you can earn a considerable number of Bits by inviting your friends to the platform. Here’s what BitDegree’s referral program looks like:
- 1,200 Bits for you and 400 Bits for your referred friend (for every single referral);
- An extra 800 Bits for you if your referred friend completes their first mission;
- 200 Bits for Level 2 referrals (the people your referees have referred).
On top of that, there’s a tiered monthly bonus reward structure. Every month, you get an extra 2,000 Bits if you’ve referred 5 friends. The tier ladder goes all the way up to a 10,000 Bits reward for referring 5,000 people.

Binance Megadrop
One of the leading centralized crypto exchanges worldwide, Binance certainly isn’t resting on its laurels when it comes to platform expansion! Enter one of its latest innovations: a new token launch platform where users can get access to numerous crypto airdrops in one place before they get listed.
This platform integrates two core products of Binance: Simple Earn and Web3 Wallet. Owing to the former, Megadrop requires users to subscribe to BNB Locked Products as one of the eligibility criteria. Your airdrop score is determined by the amount of Locked BNB you’re subscribed to and the length of your subscription.
In addition, you’ll have to complete certain quests (such as staking on the airdropped token’s platform). For that part, you’ll need the Binance Web3 Wallet; that’s where you’ll find all the ongoing airdrops with their project’s full description, eligibility requirements, and your score.

What is Venom? A Brief Overview
Hopefully, my VENOM airdrop guide was enough to give you a nudge in the right direction. At this point, though, you’re probably curious to go beneath the surface and find out more about the project behind this airdrop. With that in mind, here’s a quick crash course on the Venom blockchain and its key features.

Venom Blockchain: Fast, Cheap, and Scalable Layer 0 Solution
Venom is a multi-blockchain Layer 0 network. Built on the Threaded Virtual Machine (TVM), it’s designed to maximize transaction speed (boasting 100,000+ transactions per second!) while reducing gas fees. Its highly efficient architecture was created with scalability in mind from the get-go:
Our Mission is to build a Blockchain that will function as the main infrastructure for a global ecosystem of Web3 applications.
One of Venom’s core distinguishing features is dynamic sharding, a technology that allows the blockchain to automatically adjust the number of parallel chains (shards) it operates[1], distributing transaction loads based on network demand. This ensures scalability by adding or removing shards in real-time, optimizing performance and reducing congestion without compromising security or decentralization.
Another way Venom stands out from competitors is its use of the Mesh network – an advanced architecture that connects multiple blockchains and components within the Venom ecosystem, enabling them to work together seamlessly. This was meant to tackle the lack of interoperability, which the team behind Venom named as one of the main challenges for wider blockchain adoption[2].
Venom’s closed testnet was launched in 2022, while the mainnet debuted in March 2024. Ever since then, the blockchain has been open to developers, offering a wide range of use cases across different domains, such as DAO management, CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies), and GameFi.
Venom’s smart contract is built on T-Sol, an asynchronous dialect of Solidity designed for this blockchain. The syntax similarity with its parent language makes it easier for developers to get on board.
With all these advantages, it didn’t take long for Venom to carve out its own niche in the market. As of writing this, the Venom ecosystem already features a number of products, including:
- Venom Wallet. Non-custodial wallet with a Multisig accounts option and Ledger support;
- Venom Scan. Venom blockchain explorer;
- VenomStake. The most popular VENOM staking platform;
- VenomBridge. Cross-chain bridging platform for VENOM;
- Web3.World. Venom-based DEX with swapping, farming, and staking;
- Oasis.Gallery. An NFT marketplace.
The company also offers grants for new crypto projects.

VENOM Token
VENOM is the blockchain’s official governance and utility token built on the TIP-3 token standard. It serves a number of different purposes in the ecosystem – primarily as a means of settling transactions and paying the network fees, but also as a staking incentive and protection against Sybil attacks, thanks to its Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanism.
The token was released in March 2024 alongside the Venom mainnet launch in March 2024 with an initial supply of 7.2 billion, out of which 25.5% was immediately unlocked. Tokens allocated to validators were used to create the first validator pool and encourage new users to participate in validator programs.
Here’s what the initial VENOM allocation and vesting schedule looked like:
Category | Allocation | VENOM | TGE Unlock | Cliff | Linear Vesting |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Community | 22% | 1.58 billion | 10% | 6 | 90 Months Linear |
Ecosystem | 28% | 2.06 billion | 10% | 6 | 90 Months Linear |
Foundation | 15% | 1.08 billion | 0% | 24 | 72 Months Linear |
Early Backers | 7.5% | 540 million | 0% | 12 | 36 Months Linear |
Team | 7% | 540 million | 0% | 12 | 48 Months Linear |
Public | 0.5% | 36 million | 100% | 0 | 0 |
Market Liquidity | 10% | 720 million | 100% | 0 | 0 |
Validators | 10% | 720 million | 100% | 0 | 0 |
Table: VENOM tokenomics and vesting schedule
VENOM was originally released with an inflationary model in mind and no fixed maximum supply, but the team is considering transition to a deflationary model by introducing fee burning (permanently removing certain tokens from circulation by sending them to a wallet address with no private key, which makes them unusable).
As of April 11, 2025, VENOM is trading at $0.142 – a 325% increase from the all-time low of $0.034 two months earlier.
Conclusions
As far as crypto airdrops go, VENOM offers a pretty versatile experience – whether you’re a hardcore staker, a swapping enthusiast, or prefer hanging out on X or Telegram instead, there’s bound to be something in there to catch your attention! With this guide on how to get VENOM airdrop, you can pick and choose your favorite crypto activities to rack up that XP and climb up the leaderboard.
Given that this is likely to be the last season, though, take your time to scrutinize the project from every angle and decide for yourself if it’s worth it. The Venom blockchain is definitely poised to have an edge over the more established networks like Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain, thanks to its dynamic sharding and Mesh network technology, but it’s still a relatively new player on the block and has yet to prove its track record.
If you’re looking for another airdrop with a lot of flexibility and fun tasks to complete, check out the BitDegree Airdrop Season 7!
