What is CEEK VR?
The CEEK VR token, or CEEK, is a utility token native to the CEEK platform. The latter is a VR-based decentralized finance project for content creators.
CEEK is an ERC-20 token that serves as a medium of exchange used to receive products and services within the Ceek platform.
There is a total supply of 1,000,000,000 CEEK VR tokens which makes the token supply deflationary. As such, there's a chance that the CEEK price will grow as there are fewer CEEK tokens.
No public token allocation or distribution has been published by the company.
The native token was launched via a token sale in March 2018. The sale ended in May with more than $17,000,000 raised for the project.

What are the Main Features of CEEK VR?
As discussed in the What is CEEK VR section, CEEK is a blockchain-based streaming platform centered around unique VR experiences. It’s mainly targeted at individuals who don’t have the means to attend real-life events.
CEEK aims to provide an “Entertainment Metaverse” where fans can engage with content creators, such as musicians, artists, or athletes. The main selling point of this metaverse is virtual events that are streamed in real-time. Fans buy access to these events through the CEEK VR token.
Since access to VR events doesn’t cost as much as tickets, attending VR events is a lot more affordable than going in person.
CEEK CITY is an integral part of the entertainment metaverse. It consists of CEEK Venues - unique VR experiences. Users can explore the CEEK Venues and discover new areas, including a concert arena, theatre, lounge, and sports club, among many others.
It’s important to note that celebrities aren’t the only ones able to use CEEK. The platform can also be utilized to stream major events like charity concerts, award shows, and sporting events. Moreover, a wide range of educational projects can be hosted on CEEK as well.
In essence, the CEEK platform serves as both an entertainment and educational platform where users themselves can choose whether to relax or learn something new.
One of the goals of this project is to reach a point in the metaverse where a university program can be hosted on the platform. This would enable students to go to classes in any part of the world in the comfort of their homes. To put it simply, it would provide people, who don’t have the means to travel or live in another region, with an equal opportunity to study and earn a degree.
Besides an expansive entertainment metaverse, CEEK also offers an NFT marketplace based around digital merch and fan items.
Digital solutions aren’t the only product offered by the company. CEEK also offers a physical product - a CEEK VR headset that enables users to have a full experience of the CEEK metaverse.

Who Developed CEEK VR?
The CEEK VR crypto project was launched in mid-2018. It was founded by Mary Spio - a deep space engineer and entrepreneur who has worked with major companies including Amazon, Microsoft, XBOX, Coca-Cola, and Toyota, among many others.
Mary Spio went to Syracuse University and the Georgia Institute of Technology where she earned her BSEE and MSEE degrees. Prior to entering the crypto space, Mary was a Communications Technician at the US Air Force and then went on to work as an Aerospace Engineer at Ultra Corporation and the Aerospace Corporation.
Besides CEEK VR, Mary Spio has also founded a digital media company, Gen2Media, and a VR-based content solutions company, Next Galaxy Corp.
Currently, she serves as a Chief Visionary and Product Architect at CEEK VR.
The core team behind the CEEK VR project consists of 7 members with diverse professional experience from major companies like Microsoft, Coca-Cola, Disney, Nike, MTV, and many more. The team members are:
