Use Cases of GHC Tokens
As a holder of GHC tokens, you have different utilities available to you. Some of these utilities are already available, while others are in the process of being built.
With GHC tokens, you have access to their NFTs marketplace, games, and collectibles.
Moreover, you can stake GHC in the Galaxy Heroes Coin farms. There are two types of staking available – Regular Staking and Locked-up Staking.
With Regular Staking, you must stake your GHC tokens for a minimum of 30 days to be eligible for rewards and bonuses. Rewards are given at the end of each staking period. With Locked-up Staking, on the other hand, the time frame is set for 60-120 days. Staking tokens for 60 days gives users a 15% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) while staking for 120 days gives them a 20% APR. This is to encourage long-term investments in the project.
Besides that, GHC crypto tokens can be applied as governance tokens. This means that GHC holders have the right to participate in the decision-making processes concerning the further development of the Galaxy Heroes crypto project.
Users can acquire GHC coins by exchanging their owned crypto tokens using the GHC swap. Don't forget to check the current and the previous GHC price that is featured on the Galaxy Heroes price chart above.
GHC Tokenomics
The total supply of GHC tokens is 700 trillion GHC. Galaxy Heroes employs a burn mechanism that destroys 2% from each transaction made using GHC to decrease the circulating Galaxy Heroes coin supply from the market and keep the GHC price deflationary.
From GHC V1 to GHC V2.1
In March 2022, Galaxy Heroes migrated from its GHC V1 smart contract to the new GHC V2.1 smart contract. This resulted in a decrease in token supply, the elimination of the original burn address, and a reduction in transaction fees. GHC holders had to swap their old tokens for new ones at a 2:1 ratio.
