What is Kryptomon (KMON)?
Kryptomon is a play-to-earn gaming platform. On the platform, users own Kryptomons as digital pets. These NFT pets are more than the usual stores of value. Over time, their owners can increase their values by upgrading them with collectibles and wearables. This is one unique thing about Kryptomons. The platform is inspired by the Pokémon and Tamagotchi games.
Besides, Kyrptomon owners can breed, train, and fight with their pets. Each Kryptomon is unique and different from others. They are made up of 38 different parameters that determine their unique characteristics. Like real pets, they require attention as well. If you don’t take care of your Kryptomons, they will freeze. To unfreeze them, you would need to use KMON, the platform’s utility token. The latest KMON price is visible on the Kryptomon price chart featured above.
Use Cases of KMON Tokens
KMON coin is used on the platform for a variety of activities and transactions.
For starters, KMON crypto tokens are used on the Kryptomon NFT marketplace for buying, selling, and renting of Kryptomons, collectibles and wearables. In-game items, upgrades of your Kryptomons, and rewards are also purchased and given in KMON tokens. In addition, the platform allows KMON holders to stake their tokens for rewards to earn more KMON or NFTs.
As of writing, more use cases for the tokens are being developed. This will in turn raise demand for the tokens and potentially increase the Kryptomon price.

The community was allocated 2%, while IDO rewards got 5%. Furthermore, the liquidity pool reserved 1.5%, while the team was allocated 15% of the available tokens. Additionally, 30% was reserved for the foundation, while 14.1% was set aside for staking rewards. These allocated tokens were not released immediately, as they are under strict unlock schedules. This was done to keep the KMON price more stable.
