Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

What you will do

• Design web and growth design solutions from A to Z (full scope UX/UI, graphics, etc.) that enhance user engagement and interaction, ensuring a seamless experience across our platform.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align web designs with business objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to understand our audience’s behavior and preferences, transforming insights into actionable design improvements.
• Advocate for design excellence, presenting and rationalizing your design choices and their impact on growth metrics to stakeholders.

What we expect from you

• Proven years of experience in web design, with a portfolio that showcases your expertise in creating engaging web environments.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Figma.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
• Commitment to aligning design with business objectives and user needs.
• Positive go-getter attitude and adaptability to change.
• A quick learner, adaptable to new technologies and evolving project requirements, and open to feedback for growth and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills.
